Payment methods and timing
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers and other payment methods available in our online store.
Credit card and online payments are confirmed when the order is placed. For bank transfers, please pay by the specified deadline after placing your order.
Dispatch time
Most pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately two months from ordering to dispatch. Selected items ship within 3–14 business days of ordering. Business days are weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery method
Shipping via Yamato Transport.
Returns and cancellations
We accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives defective, faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact info@isir.jp within seven days of receipt, with the item unused. We cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to initial defects.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including incorrect orders or differences from expectations. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for used items or items purchased outside this online store.
