CONCEPT
Shaped by architectural thinking, ISIR's jewelry is built around the concept of “Autonomy and Re-Edit.” Our approach keeps language to a minimum, working from the premise that universal structure emerges through an accumulation of necessary choices.
“The name has no special meaning,” says the designer.
The brand name, and collections identified only by letters and numbers, leave space for a relationship to develop between wearer and jewelry, free from the maker’s interpretation.
Through repeated, wordless dialogue with structures and objects, we hope that reflection, accumulation and transformation will become the brand’s legacy.

ISIR is a jewelry brand by Takeshi Matsuoka and Ayano Takishita.
We design and craft our pieces in our atelier.

Graduated from the Architecture Course in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Nagoya University.
His design and craftsmanship are grounded in architectural thinking.
Ayano Takishita | Client Relations & Craftsman
Around 15 years of experience in sales and client service, from apparel to jewelry.
Through conversation, she helps clients find pieces and ways of wearing them.
